The Peter Knebel Haustechnik Code of Conduct defines standards for lawful and ethical behavior. It is directed at all employees and managers and forms the basis of our business activities.


Duties of employees and managers

Managers act as role models. Employees are responsible for compliance with this Code. Violations will be punished under labor law.


Legal and regulatory basis

Peter Knebel Haustechnik is committed to complying with all applicable laws, standards, and internal guidelines. Employees are informed of relevant legal changes.


Health, Safety & Environment

Workplace safety, environmental responsibility, and quality assurance are core principles. Everyone involved contributes to compliance.


Bribery & Corruption

Any form of bribery, granting, or accepting of benefits is prohibited. Business relationships must always be transparent and conducted with integrity.


Gifts, Services & Invitations

Gifts may only be accepted in small, customary business amounts (up to €35). Higher values must be refused or reported. Business trips or invitations are only permitted with approval.


Prohibition of demanding

Employees may not demand personal benefits from customers or partners.


Fees & secondary activities

Fees for lectures or business-related activities are not accepted. Exceptions apply only to approved secondary employment or continuing education.


Gifts to third parties

Gifts from us are also only given within the scope of normal business practices and may not exceed the amount of €35.
