If you book an appointment using our contact form on the website, the data you enter (name, email address, telephone number, and desired appointment time) will be used exclusively to process your request and to arrange the appointment. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent and will be deleted after processing, unless there are statutory retention periods.


9. Communication and appointment booking via Meiti

For the organization of appointments and communication with our customers we use the serviceMeiti, an offer fromMeiti GmbH, Leopoldstr. 31, 80802 Munich, Germany.

Meiti can process inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, or through our website. For appointment requests or other forms of communication, personal data such as name, telephone number, email address, and possibly other information (e.g., concern, appointment request) will be processed. We use this data exclusively for appointment scheduling, internal communication, and the provision of our services.

Data processing is carried out on the basis ofArt. 6 (1) (b) GDPR(Contract execution or pre-contractual measures). If we obtain prior express consent from the customer (e.g. for reminders or follow-up communication), the processing will also be carried out in accordance withArt. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

Meiti stores and processes the data on our behalf and has aData processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR)with us. All data will be stored in accordance with the GDPR data protection standards onEuropean serverssaved.

10. SSL encryption

Our website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the browser's address bar changing from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser's address bar. When SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

When you visit our website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files. This information includes, for example:

    To communicate with our customers, we also offer contact via the WhatsApp messaging service. WhatsApp is a service provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

    When using WhatsApp, personal data (e.g., name, phone number, communication content) is transmitted and processed on WhatsApp's servers. Please note that WhatsApp also processes data on servers in third countries outside the European Union (particularly in the USA). This may pose risks to your data, particularly the possibility that authorities may gain access to this data.

    Data processing is based on your voluntary use of WhatsApp and is used exclusively to process your inquiries (Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR). Your data will only be stored for as long as necessary to communicate with you or as required by law.
